We are a manufacturer with our own factory. We own a 12,980 industrial park in Heyuan, in production since 2014, integrating R&D, production, sales and after-sales. We support on-site and online factory audits.

Home teeth whitening lights, whitening kits with gel, professional clinic and spa whitening machines, optical sonic toothbrushes, red light gum care devices, and accessories. We support OEM white-label from 500 pieces and ODM custom design from 5,000 pieces.

MOQ for OEM white-label is 500 pieces per model. ODM custom design starts at 5,000 pieces because tooling is required. For repeat orders we can usually accept 300 pieces on existing moulds. Sample orders of 1–10 pieces are available before bulk production.

ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP), ISO 13485 (medical devices quality system), CE, UKCA, RoHS, BSCI social compliance audit and SGS verification. We support FDA registration and can provide the technical documentation package for your market.

Yes. Our R&D team covers optical design, mechanical structure and formulation. A typical ODM cycle is 45 to 60 days from brief to first article, depending on complexity. We also modify existing platforms — for most brands that is faster and lower risk than a ground-up design.

For stock moulds, 20 to 25 days after artwork confirmation. For new tooling, add 25 to 35 days. Private label packaging adds 5 to 7 days for printing. We provide a detailed production schedule at order confirmation and update it weekly during production.

Incoming inspection on all raw materials, in-process patrol at each production stage, and full final inspection before packing. Every production batch retains samples for 24 months, so we can trace any quality claim back to its test records.

30% deposit by T/T with the balance against copy of B/L, or irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders. We also accept payment through other channels as needed for your procurement process.

Yes. We export to more than 130 countries, with established freight partners for sea, air and express. We handle export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and MSDS where required.

Yes. Samples cost at production price plus express shipping. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order. For custom tooling, we recommend paying for a pre-production sample run rather than a single unit.

Yes. Starting at 5,000 pieces we can develop the device appearance, light parameters, packaging structure and gel formulation around your target market positioning. Our Sydney R&D lab handles optical and formulation work.

Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis. For gel products we provide stability studies at 25°C for 24 months, and MSDS documentation. Devices ship with CE technical files and, where required, FDA registration documentation.
